Referral information is supplied solely by the facilities and providers themselves and is not warranted by the EDCA. The directory comprises members and organizational members of EDCA. Members pay uniform annual membership dues per their category. All professional members must complete a detailed provider application and receive approval from the EDCA before they are included in the directory.  The EDCA Provider Application can be accessed here.

The EDCA is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice or treatment. Although the EDCA provides a list of resources for treatment and support groups, it does not screen or evaluate the facilities or providers in any way.

EDCA does not endorse any of the listed facilities, service providers, or support groups. You are responsible for interviewing and selecting a suitable provider or support group facilitator, and you should contact providers or group facilitators directly for relevant information, including information on insurance coverage.
